Kala Namak (Black Salt)
Kala namak is used extensively in South Asian cuisines of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal as a condiment or added to chaats, chutneys, salads, fruit, raitas and many other savory Indian snacks. Chaat masala, an Indian spice blend, is dependent upon black salt for its characteristic sulfurous egg-like aroma.

Black Ritual Salt
Black ritual salt is usually obtained from magickal and curiosity shops in vials or plastic bags. It may be colored with charcoal powder or dyes. Some witches prefer to make their own from white salt, and there are a lot of different formulas for this.

Black Culinary Salt
Black culinary salt is available in gourmet food stores. It is sea salt that has been colored with additives, often powdered coconut shell charcoal, that give it a grey-black color. Black culinary salt is sprinkled over finished dishes to add a salty, slightly smoky kick.
HOW TO USE BLACK SALT
1. Black salt in cooking
Add Black salt as per your taste in food for better digestion.
2. Black salt with Trikatu churna
a. Add 1-2 pinch of Black salt in Trikatu churna.
b. Take it before meals twice each day to extend the appetite.
3. Black salt in Buttermilk
a. Add 1 to 2 pinch of Black salt to 1 glass of buttermilk.
b. Drink it after lunch for better digestion.
